Diana Slabu is a highly educated and experienced medical professional and former scout, whose multifaceted career has spanned across several fields. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science alongside an intensive study of English language, followed by an extended Bachelor's degree in General Medicine, both at prestigious institutions in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Following her graduation, Slabu completed an internship in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Hopital Antoine Beclere in France, where she gained significant practical experience. She then went on to occupy various roles in the National Organisation of the Romanian Scouts, both at the national and local level. These included being the National Human Resources Commissioner, National Training Executive, and Chairman of the National Organisation of the Romanian Scouts Cluj Napoca.

In the medical field, Slabu currently works as a Pediatrician at Regina Maria, Reteaua de sanatate. Before that, she spent time as a Resident Doctor in Pediatrics at Spitalul Clinic de Urgenta pentru Copii Cluj Napoca. Additionally, she has worked as a Wellness Consultant at Herbalife, providing insight into health and fitness, and also served as a member of the European Scout Region - Skills for Life Working Group and the Diversity and Inclusion Core Group - European Scout Region.
