Ignacio Vincentelli

Ignacio Vincentelli is a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate law, business assignments, and international financial transactions.

He holds an LL.M. in International Finance from Duke University School of Law, a degree in Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.

Vincentelli has held various key roles at International Paper, including Chief Counsel for NAC Local, Senior Counsel for NAC North & Latin America, Plant General Manager, and Manager for Enterprise Projects - CTA.

His expertise spans across general business, commercial law, cross-border tax and treasury operations, and corporate governance.

Prior to his time at International Paper, he also worked as an Associate Attorney at Littler Mendelson, participated in the Honor's Program at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and served in legal roles at D'Empaire Reyna Abogados and Norton Rose.
