Ksenia Ivanenko
Ksenia Ivanenko is a senior international education professional with a wealth of experience in designing, developing, marketing, and managing large international programs. With over 15 years of progressive experience, Ksenia has coordinated team work on a global scale for organizations such as Soros Foundations Higher Education Support Program, Nuffic Neso, World Bank HQ, and AC Field Operations. She also managed the Russian Federal Global Education Scholarship Program (GEP), leading to her success in meeting targets through effective relationship-building with diverse stakeholders and driving measurable change globally.
Ksenia obtained her Ph.D. in Sociology, has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research, and has been a university teacher and coach. Her education includes an MA in Sociology, a Certificate in Education Policy from Central European University and Lancaster University, UK, and a Ph.D. in Sociology on Private Higher Education from Florida International University and Ural Federal University.
Ksenia has also lived in 6 countries, traveled to 60, and is a Fulbright alumna. Her professional experience includes senior program officer at AC Field Operations, consultant for external and corporate relations at World Bank Group, program lead for the Federal "Global Education Program" at Business School Skolkovo, as well as managing partner at IViKO Consult. Ksenia has been involved in international cooperation and protocol departments, education advising, higher education and research division, curriculum resource training, and country program coordination.
