The company merged with Ticketmaster Online in September 1998 and went public later that year. CitySearch is now an operating business of Interactive Corp.• Oversaw development of content management software tools supporting the cost effective volume creation of highly relevant local content and advertising.• Expanded coverage to 20 cities and employee base to over 500 within 3 years of operations.• Partnered with major local and international media companies to increase market exposure, build advertising base and establish local editorial and sales presence.• Built and managed a 70-person technology development, product management and business development group as the Vice President of Development and CTO.
