Michael Wadden

Michael Wadden is a seasoned executive, investor, and advisor with a passion for creating a positive impact on society and the environment. He achieved one of his most remarkable career accomplishments while working with a small leadership team to transform Accenture from a people-driven revenue model to a people+ digital revenue model, launching seven digital businesses simultaneously. Under his leadership, these businesses exceeded $100 million in revenue within 18 months, and today they are doing $7 billion in revenue, known as Accenture Digital. This transformation includes the establishment of the company's sustainability practice, emphasizing the principle that what is good for the world is beneficial for business.

He is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at VERSES, after serving as President of Gravity Group, a sustainable impact fund and accelerator that accelerates positive change in the world by supporting businesses to fund, build, and scale their business models. In addition, Michael worked in growth advising roles at XOMAD and myLAB Box™ - At Home Health Testing. Previously Michael was the Director of Strategic Partnerships and President at Linked Strategies. During his tenure with the company, they helped over 300 corporations create executive relationships with their exact target markets, from start-ups to large firms such as Apple, Adobe, HP, JP Morgan Chase, Ebay, SAP, LinkedIn, Verizon, Facebook, and thousands of others.

Beside his professional life, Michael is the founder of The Conscious Father Academy, where he provides a platform for men to connect deeply with themselves and their children through speaking, coaching, and education. Outside of work, Michael loves to invest and grow companies and technologies that make a positive impact on humanity and the planet. He enjoys outdoor activities like yoga, paddleboarding, and hiking, and he spends his free time exploring Santa Barbara, California, with his family.
