I lead the end to end lifecycle delivery of pharmaceutical projects for a market leading B2B organisation. I liaise with key stakeholders throughout the business to gather requirements for projects as per the digital strategy, and ensure these are planned, designed and briefed in advance of time so no development hours are lost. As Product Owner for a C+D data platform I have to ensure the platform is stable and reliable, understand and meet all customer and stakeholder requirements, review all performance issues and roadmap development priorities. I currently line manage two people (Digital Designer and Assistant Website Manager). I project managed, using PRINCE 2® and Agile methodologies, the roll out and continued maintenance and development of our global websites based on Squarespace and global technical systems. I worked closely with Account Managers and Product Owners within the organisation to define the strategy and direction of these tools.
