Danthe Ivan Escamilla

Dante Escamilla is an accomplished executive with over a decade of experience in high-level leadership positions at companies operating in Mexico, Central and South America. His extensive background includes managing business sustainability, commercial models, resources, training, competition, and change processes. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from ITESM, and he's currently pursuing a philosophy degree at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. Dante also completed a Master in Science and Organizational Development from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management and a Leadership Program at Michigan University's Ross School of Business. He also holds certifications in change management and business management methodology from the Adizes Institute. Dante's professional experience includes serving as the Director of Business Sustainability at Banco Azteca and Azteca Servicios Financieros, and previously working as Director General de Recursos Humanos at Grupo Elektra. With his expertise in leadership, business sustainability, and change management, Dante is a valuable asset to any organization.
