My role has changed during my tenure as the organization has gone through several internal restructurings and transformations, my main focus has consistently been on sales strategy, account management, prospecting, business development, and onboarding. To generate new business and retain customers, I facilitate onsite and tradeshow presentations, demonstrating the value-add of our product solutions. I have maintained comprehensive product knowledge during my time with the company so that I can assess client needs and identify the product solutions that meet their needs. I also create strategic business plans focused on product development and marketing; negotiate vendor contracts; collaborate with cross-functional teams on growth strategy and opportunity identification; and administer licensing contracts and serve as a liaison to stakeholders within the publishing and education industries. I have proven to be adaptable, adjusting to changing business needs and market trends. Achievements•	Guided team through reorganization, sustaining account portfolio of more than 75 accounts as sole representative to corporate clients. •	Cultivated strategic partnership with Book24x7, a division of SkillSoft, increasing annual revenue. •	Renegotiated deal with DTI Software to provide in-flight entertainment solutions. •	Consulted on marketing and promotional strategy for 30 Best Books series, resulting in an increase in reviews from leading publications, endorsements for authors, and Amazon visibility. •	Served simultaneously as Executive Producer for Soundview Media Group, managing production and logistics of more than 500 live online broadcasts and growing Soundview Live to more than 100 annual webinars. •	Expanded content library to include more than 175K total downloads of various media and for diverse purposes. •	Increased brand positioning and awareness through partnership development with literary agents, authors, PR firms, publicists, and other media outlets.

Serve as the Director of Business Development for the $10 million Soundview Executive Book Summaries division.  Promote business books, on-line courseware, book reviews, and digital/on-line content.  Develop and execute business plans to create, develop, and market new products.  Advise on marketing and promotion for the "30 Best Books Series."  Facilitated review of hundreds of titles by The New York Times and availability through Amazon.  Manage weekly “Soundview Live” Webinar series including acquisition of speaker talent, venue, agreement, travel, technical logistics, and program content.  Cultivate business relationships and partnerships.  Concurrently served as the Executive Producer of the Soundview Media Group and oversaw production of 500+ live on-line broadcasts.  Contributed to expansion of subscriber base, business partnerships, Webinar programs, and content library.  Expanded brand identity and awareness working with authors, publicists, literary agents, public relations firms, and media outlets.
