Barbara Lyle
Barbara Lyle is a leading nutrition consultant, educator, and researcher, with a rich background in food science, product innovation, and dietary intake. She has a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an extensive record of accomplishment in building connections among various stakeholders to promote good food lifestyles worldwide. Barbara has worked with major food companies like Kraft Foods Group Brands LLC and Kraft Foods, Inc. in strategy, innovation, R&D, and quality, helping to develop and launch better-for-you food products that appeal to mainstream consumers. She has also taught courses at Tufts University and Northwestern University, sharing her knowledge and passion for the science and art of nutrition. Barbara is a former board member and Chief Technology Officer at FORTIFY and a former executive board member of the American Society for Nutrition. She currently runs her own nutrition consulting firm, B Lyle, Inc., and is dedicated to inspiring people to enjoy quality living through healthy eating.
