Milo Macdonald-Thomas is a hardworking and self-motivated individual with a military background and a talent for languages. He is a professional photographer who taught himself the trade with an impressive repertoire of skills. Milo is not only a Level 1 and 2 CrossFit coach, but he has also completed specialized courses in Olympic Weight Lifting, Mobility, and Endurance. His experience and leadership qualities make him an excellent team player and head of communication at Reebok Crossfit Thames. Before Milo began his flourishing career, he studied at a prestigious music school in Corfu and served with HM Forces as a Linguist and a Support Weapons PWRR. Milo also had the opportunity to work as a water sports instructor at Nissaki Beach Hotel, where he honed his communication skills and people skills.
