Josh Elkes is a business leader with over eight years of experience in the media and entertainment industry. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Harbour, an electronic signature and contract management platform. Josh has a BFA in Jazz Guitar Performance and a BS from The New School. He started his career as an Intern at MTV Networks and worked his way up to Executive Assistant at Downtown Records, where he later became an A&R Manager. He then joined Getty Images as a Sales - CSA and eventually became the Director of Strategic Development.

In addition to his professional experience, Josh is an avid runner and cyclist. He has run across Haiti four times and participates in ultra-marathons. He also serves on the boards and leadership committees of various non-profit organizations, including the NY Public Library, James Beard Foundation, and the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.

As the CEO of Harbour, Josh Elkes is using his experience in business development and strategic partnerships to help businesses send, sign, and manage their contracts efficiently. He is passionate about empowering creators and maintaining integrity in their work, and he brings his expertise in sales and management to the table to accomplish this goal.
