Managed over 100 retail accounts including allocation and shipping of all merchandise, payment collection, returns, order placement, maintenance and customer service.Liaised with our warehouse for all packing and shipping.Coordinated communication between corporate, sales, production and design online updates, delivery date changes, production costs, etc., including frequent updates to the style master to maintain efficient inter-departmental workflow.Created line sheets for summer season and worked closely with design and production teams to create a marketable end-product.Managed all sample clothing requests for celebrity stylists, magazine shoots and assemble outfits to facilitate direction of the shoot.Assistant on photo shoot for online summer look book.  Consulted on direction of shoot and helped dress the models.

Managed agents' calendar appointments and scheduled all internal and external meetings and conference calls. Participated in business related calls and wrote conference reports for managerial review and file.Researched and assisted signing high profile Major League Baseball client; officially signed on 8/17/09.Acted as face of CAA and contact point or all agency visitors including high profile entertainment clients (Over 5,000 clients with 600 agents).Managed and scheduled all internal and external meeting for NY Agents; organized lifestyle/branding meetings for NY and LA agents. Assisted agents on various market research projects.A team leader for coordinating the agency’s 3rd annual Young New York Party. Researched competitive landscapes and market demographics/psychographics.Provided creative insights on ad copy and overall campaign direction.Manage conference facilities for client and new business pitches:oversee structure, cleanliness, aesthetics and environmental design.
