Catrina Fobian is an experienced municipal law attorney with a focus on land use and permitting processes, as well as CEQA compliance. With a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, Fobian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.
