Alice Cruz is a Brazilian-American individual with a strong background in finance, international/global studies, and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance, General from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, she studied at The Lauder Institute and completed the MBA Prep Program at Management Leadership for Tomorrow.

Her professional experience includes various positions at Vanguard, where she served as a Senior Manager Corporate Development, Senior Strategy Associate, High Net Worth Manager, Supervisor (Team Leader), and Investment Specialist. She also worked as an intern at the U.S. Department of State and a camp counselor at Chapel Hill-Carrboro YMCA.
