Accountable for development and implementation of company sales/marketing strategy and corresponding product development, support and sales teams. Developed annual business plans and financial goals impacting a world-wide team of more than 65 employees (includes: US, UK, EMEA, and AsiaPac staff)•	In 2003, launched a custom development business focused on creating e-Learning courseware for Computer Associates (CA) and their direct customers, generating new revenues of over $3M in the first 22 months of operation.   •	Developed and implemented a corporate-wide account retention process/program that improved account retention from 60% to over 90% (2003 through 2005) and improved 30-60-90 day forecasting accuracy from less than 25% to greater than 80% (2003 through 2006).•	Reengineered and automated numerous internal systems, increasing speed and efficiency, while simultaneously improving quality and reducing costs. The new LMS increased revenue by 120% and net profit by over 12% (year-on-year, 2003 through 2006).
