Ben Adams is a passionate Pastor, educator, and leader who has dedicated his life to nurturing and guiding communities towards sharing the heart of Christ from the heart of Cary. As a former Admissions Officer and Director of Development at Duke University, he understands the importance of education in equipping individuals with the tools necessary to make meaningful contributions to society. With a Master's degree in Divinity, Ben brings a unique perspective to his work, focusing on the intersection of faith, education, and racial equity.
Ben's professional experience also includes roles as a U.S. History Teacher at KIPP Gaston College Preparatory, Intern at The Redwoods Group, and University Chaplain intern at the University of Cambridge. As the current Pastor of 1st on Chatham at First UMC Cary, he inspires his community to work towards a brighter future and to make their mark on the world.
