Agamit Bosmat is a highly experienced professional with expertise in establishing and managing headquarter divisions and large service, sales, and operation systems. With a strong background in business and service strategy, he has successfully built working infrastructures and implemented inter-organizational service communications to transform organizations for streamlining and growth.

Bosmat holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a BEd in Mathematics from Kaye Academic College. He has held key leadership roles in the insurance, automotive, and telecommunications sectors, including his most recent position as VP of Headquarters and Business Development in the General Insurance Division at The Israeli Phoenix.

In his past roles, Bosmat has demonstrated a strong ability to design and build competitive differentiations, manage operations to meet quality and quantitative targets, and conduct customer market and feedback surveys to draw conclusions for improving service quality.
