Established the Financial Services Platform within Gojek, building a team of over 100 passionate and talented engineers from scratch and instilling a culture of openness, collaboration and top engineering practices including XP, TDD, Pair Programming, Infrastructure as Code, fullstack code ownership, embedded devOps and security practices into the teams. Launched multiple new products including the consumer product PayLater, a P2P lending platform and a number of new products supporting our drivers, merchants and partners.

Providing technical leadership for iCar Asia, a publicly listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:ICQ Market cap $A235m) operating ASEAN’s No. 1 network of automotive portals across Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Successfully oversaw the migration of 2 huge legacy platforms in Thailand and Indonesia to our new centralised platform on time and budget within a 6 month timeframe.
- Managing a team of over 35 staff across 3 countries (Thailand/Malaysia/Indonesia) including development (.NET/PHP/Mobile), infrastructure (AWS) and IT Support.
- Successfully doubled the size of the development team in first 6 months through recruiting a high performing team of talented individuals to allow us to significantly increase the velocity of our programme delivery.
- Overseeing a CAPEX/OPEX budget of over A$1m.
- Conducted technical due diligence for the A$16.7m acquisition of One2car (Thailand's leading automotive classifieds business) and oversaw the integration of the technical team into the business
- Providing technical oversight of all projects, ensuring high quality delivery and that all processes are being followed.

iCar Asia Limited

Based in Bullseye’s Asia offices in Bali and Jakarta. Responsible for all aspects of technical delivery for over $10M+ annually worth of digital projects for clients from Australian, New Zealand and South East Asia such as Coca-Cola Amatil, Captains Choice., NSW Department of Environment, Creative Holidays, Westpac, PermataBank and Danone.
- Defined Bullseye development strategy, researching and introducing new technologies and advising the business on technological direction.
- Increased efficiencies by creating a standardised development process across all teams using a common toolset and practices
- Implemented an integrated SDLC management system using the Atlassian suite of products for agile project management, SCM, continuous integration, issue management, and document management and collaboration.
- Reduced project costs by developing whitesite implementations for all our CMS offerings to ensure code reuse and reduce project startup time.

The majority of projects had budgets between $500K-2.5M with clients including The Buzz Insurance, Wotif, Foxtel, Oxford University Press, South Australian Tourism Commission, ACT government. Responsibilities included:
-  Line management of 20 staff (<a href="http://Java/.NET/HTML/Flash">Java/.NET/HTML/Flash</a> Developers and Tech Leads).
-  Defining project solution/technical architecture, developing detailed design documentation and project plans.
-  Providing technical oversight of all projects.
-  Assisting sales staff with pre-sales engagements, advising Hyro clients and providing consulting services.
-  Setting Hyro IT Strategy, investigating new technologies and advising the business on technological direction.

Working with a group of architects from 3 countries (Canada, France, UK) on a 10 million Euro, 2-year smart client integration development project utilising .NET 3.5, WCF services and SQL Server 2008. Responsibilities included:
-  Defining the choice of technologies and platforms to be utilised.
-  Defining the solution/technical architecture, developing detailed design documentation and project plans.
-  Considering the impacts of a multinational, multi customer solution in regards to localisation, time zones, and per customer customisation.
-  Advising senior management on technical concerns and business impacts to assist with project planning.
-  Mentoring development staff and assisting with complex coding issues, troubleshoot and debugging.
