Leontien Nijland

Leontien Nijland is a professional with a diverse educational background and experience in the medical field.

Leontien completed her VWO with a focus on Natuur&Gezondheid + Economie at Willem de Zwijger college. She further pursued her education by earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geneeskunde and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Algemene geneeskunde from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

In her professional journey, Leontien has held various roles in prestigious organizations. She has worked as an ANIOS Chirurgie at Amsterdam UMC, served as a PHD Candidate in bariatric surgery at OLVG, and held positions such as ANIOS chirurgie, Onderzoekswetenschapper - Chirurgie, and Oudste coschap Chirurgie at OLVG. Additionally, she has experience as a Master student at VU medisch centrum.
