Randy M. Long, J.D., CFP®, CExP™ is the Founder & CEO of Long Business Advisors, LLC. His mission is to help business owners bulletproof their exit so they can exit their business on their own terms for the highest price possible. Randy has spent his entire professional career working with business owners to guide them through the process of selling their businesses, advising them on succession planning, building management teams, and amending shareholder agreements. He also provides services such as reviewing individual family members' insurance coverage and cash flow planning. Randy studied at John T. Hoggard High School, received a B.A. in Business from Liberty University, and studied law at San Joaquin College of Law.
