Vivek Rao is an accomplished individual, having completed several academic and professional achievements throughout his career. He has obtained a Doctor of Law with a specialization in Business Law from the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. Additionally, he has received an MBA with Honors in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from the esteemed UCLA Anderson School of Management. Mr. Rao also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.

Prior to co-founding Foundation AI, where he currently serves as CEO, Mr. Rao was a Partner at Vantari, LLC, and held several advisory positions in companies such as Ensemble Energy. He also served as Corporate Counsel at Enlightiks, Lien Unit Manager at STOCKWELL, HARRIS, WOOLVERTON & HELPHREY, APC, and Legal & Business Affairs at The Garber Firm, A Professional Corporation.
