Ben Crovella is an accomplished business professional with a robust background in the retail and consumer products industry. With expertise in identifying opportunities, creating long-term value, and solving complex business problems, he has served in leadership positions in several organizations. He holds an MBA from the renowned Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors and double majored in Strategic Management and Operations. He also holds a B.S. in Business from Cornell University’s Dyson School, where he was recognized as Magna Cum Laude. Additionally, he studied at Boston College High School, where he completed the Honors/Regents High School/Secondary Diploma Program, and has a post-graduate exchange MBA from INSEAD.

Ben currently serves as Senior Director of Category Strategy and Assortment Analytics at CVS Health. Prior to this, he worked as Director of Strategic Planning & Analytics for Category Management at CVS Health, Manager - Strategy Consultant, Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, and Summer Associate. He also founded Militrans, a logistics company. Before entering the business world, Ben served as a Captain (Major Select) in the United States Marine Corps.
