Guifeng Liu is a skilled engineer with a background in digital signal and image processing, communication, embedded firmware and software, and machine learning. With a Ph.D in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Digital Signal Processing from Florida State University, and a Master's degree in Condensed Matter Physics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Liu has a diverse academic background that he has used throughout his career.
Liu has worked for several well-known companies, including Qualcomm, Cirrus Logic, Silicon Labs, and WD, a Western Digital company. At these companies, he has worked on various projects, ranging from modem DSP firmware to electronic design. Liu's skills include programming in C/C++, assembly, Python, Perl, and Matlab/Simulink, as well as experience with simulation tools like Synopsis ChessDE/Verdi, Keil IDE, Eclipse, and GCC/G+. He is also experienced in working with embedded systems, including ARM, Embedded C, and emBOS RTOS and FreeRTOS.
