Varnavskii's professional journey started as a software developer and consultant with CAAC, followed by a stint as VP of Managerial Accounting, Technology Department Lead at ProdProm. He later branched out and founded Neural Network Technologies, Integrated IT solutions, serving as CEO before joining McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Tink Labs, where he drove growth as Managing Director, and later launched VResorts as Founder and CEO.
