Lotte Born is a well-educated and talented individual with a passion for construction management and engineering. She received her Master's Degree in Construction Management and Engineering from Delft University of Technology and achieved a GPA of 8.0/10.0. Additionally, she attained a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and received a GPA of 7.4/10.0 from the same university.

Lotte gained professional experience from BAM Infra and Count&Cooper, where she worked as a graduate intern and a consultant, respectively. She also served as a trainee at Royal BAM Group nv. Apart from her education and professional experience, Lotte had experience volunteering as a language buddy and was also a member of TU Delft's Executive Board. Furthermore, she served as the treasurer and secretary of Head Maintenance Committee at K.S.V. Sanctus Virgilius.
