Rob Smith is a seasoned digital delivery expert with almost two decades of experience leading ecommerce teams. He has a strong focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, particularly in B2B and Order Management. Currently the Executive Director of Commerce at OSF Digital, Smith oversees all delivery functions for the UKI region. He has a computer science and business marketing background, having studied at the University of Warwick's Business School. Smith's interests in cars are evident in his passion project handling servicing, maintenance, and tinkering. He also enjoys track days and has a history of racing Porsches in the 944 S2 category.
