Hung Vo Hoang Manh is a technology professional with a diverse background in software engineering and the founder and CEO of Designveloper, a software agency with expertise in customized web and mobile app development, VOIP, and embedded software implementation. Manh earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Clemson University. Throughout his career, he has worked in various industries, including healthcare, retail, customer relationship management, and content management systems.

Before founding Designveloper, Manh served as a Senior Software Engineer at BTM Global and the IT Chief at the Vietnam Education Foundation Fellows and Scholars Association. He also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, where he refined his skills as a technologist and educator.

At Designveloper, Manh is known for utilizing agile, test-driven development, and pair programming and seamlessly coordinating his team of developers, designers, project managers, and human resources to ensure the delivery of the most elegant web design, customized web, mobile app development, VOIP, and embedded software implementation. He is passionate about researching and applying new technologies and best practices in his work and has a demonstrated track record of successfully implementing automated online marketing, point of service (POS), retail merchandising systems (RMS), mobile game, and ecommerce solutions.
