Ashley Bilko is a Product Owner of Market and Client Research on the Retail Marketing Client Analytics team at Vanguard. At Vanguard, Ashley focuses on reducing cost and complexity for all investors through high-quality investment products, first-rate service, and candid, clear information. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Ashley also studied Principles of Market Research and Marketing Research at The University of Georgia and Focus Group Moderator Training, Marketing Research at The Burke Institute.

Before joining Vanguard, she held several positions at Transamerica, including Market Research Manager, Analyst, and Internship. She was also a Consultant at InfoTrends.

Ashley's expertise lies in research, project management, and client experience and digital. She has worked on various projects in retail marketing client analytics and led client experience and digital research. In her free time, Ashley enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking and skiing, and spending time with her family.
