Randy Wong is an experienced product manager who has been driving the development of consumer and enterprise products for over 15 years. He has a diverse professional background in engineering, marketing, product planning, and strategy consulting at both large and small organizations. Randy is proficient in developing product road maps, defining product requirements, executing market research, and growth hacking. He studied at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he earned his MBA in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurial Studies, and his BA in Economics.

Currently, Randy is Principal Product Manager Lead for OneDrive at Microsoft, where he leads collaboration efforts across Microsoft 365 in the platform, user experiences, and enabling scenarios for Teams, Office, Windows, and more. His leadership style is data-driven and customer-focused, and he partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer results. He is a servant-leader who cares deeply for his team and pushes them to be their best.
