Top performing SDR with a conversion average of 30-40%:-2018 Q2, Q3, Q4 -2019 Q1Getaround is a peer-to-peer car sharing platform that is available in 14+ major cities in America and Europe. Anyone in an active Getaround zone with a qualified car is able to list and earn extra passive income during their car's availability. I focused on building carsharing communities in Los Angeles, CA, Washington, DC and Philadelphia, PA. My goal at Getaround was to assist the onboarding of 500+ cars a month. With the increased amount of cars being shared on Getaround, the less greenhouse gas emissions there will be.

Vendition formerly known as Sales Bootcamp is a sales training program that helps you obtain the skills and experience to earn a job in tech sales. Vendition has an Apprenticeship-to-Hire model which gives you a job at a tech company in the geography of your choice. During my 12 week apprenticeship, Vendition supplemented me with an experienced sales mentor and necessary sales resources needed for maximum success in my role. While I had little to no sales experience,  I chose Vendition because my relationship managers Niko and Nick put in 200% of their efforts to connect me with a sales role that best fit my personality.

Veritas Investments is the parent company of RENTSFNOW and GreenTree Property Management. They are the largest landlords in San Francisco. Founded in 2007, Veritas manages nearly $2 billion in real estate assets in San Francisco and the Bay Area, including nearly 200 apartment buildings in the city of San Francisco alone. My goal at Veritas was to work alongside with the leasing agents in order to maintain a 100+ lease per a month goal. While there were over 100 plus inbound inquiries a day, I qualified and followed up with over 50+ people a day. I answered questions on building information, apartment space information, and neighborhood information and advised prospective leads regarding availability, unit amenities, the waitlist process, application process/requirements.

My responsibilities as a Hostess at Crystal Jade included: being the first point of contact for the restaurant, greeted guests and patrons personally and on the telephone, and offered appropriate seating arrangements using a pre-made floor plan. I presented menus and took to-go orders. I ensured that the quantity of menus were sufficient to cater guests. I relayed orders to the kitchen and ensured all orders were filled in a timely and accurate fashion. In addition, I helped manage event related work which include setting up dining room tables and helping with reservations arrangements prior to special events. I also maintained the interior and exterior arrangements of the restaurant and provided additional assistant to large events when necessary.

I have effectively taught ages 18 months to adults how to swim. Some of the classes I taught include Parent-Tot, Learn to Swim Ages 6-18 (Levels 1-6), Beginning Adults and Intermediate Adults. I was able to successfully coach many children from Parent-Tot to Level 3, skipping levels 1 and 2.  In addition, the role of a water safety instructor is to teach proper swimming techniques in a safe, positive and health manner and to observe students during class to detect and correct mistakes. I have completed the Water Safety Instructor course, and American Red Cross CPR & First Aid training yearly to ensure that my education and techniques were up to date.

As a Lifeguard, I am responsible for the safety of swimmers and enforcement of regulations at a municipally-operated swimming pool. I maintained discipline in and around swimming pool to prevent accidents. I conduct rescue operations; administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid; I direct communication and contact with swimmers and the general public; I clean and disinfecting the pool, decks, showers, locker rooms and equipment used for aquatic activities; I write reports of accidents and incidents; I complete various facility checklists and forms; I participate in department training activities and meetings; I prepare the pool for various aquatic programs; I tally attendance and monitor admission payments; I present a professional appearance and attitude at all times; I maintain a high degree of customer service; and as a pool Lifeguard, I also performs related duties as required and directed by my supervisor.

My role as an Office Administrative Assistant is to provide customer relation/services. Not only did I do administrative work such as responding to emails, and greeting clients over the telephone, I also arranged  more than 50 warehouse deliveries, created invoices for clients and picked up warehouse shipments in a timely manner. It is important to pick up shipments on time because extra fees were charged to clients accounts after a certain amount of days. Along with that, I also created, organized and maintained an alphabetic and numeric filing system.

At Tpumps my responsibilities as a Cashier/Barista were to not only take money and make drinks, but  to also engage customers in a highly visible role by conveying a positive and professional attitude. I also maintained a strong understanding of company values and customer needs in a fast paced environment. I proactively worked side by side with multiple levels of management to ensure that consistent high quality customer service was maintained and present to each and every client.
