Consolidated research efforts surveying Syrian refugees in Jordan and Lebanon, resulting in a highly acclaimed thought piece delving into their current state within their host countries. The article, which was the first of its kind by Ipsos MENA, was published on the Ipsos website, quoted within the Global Ipsos annual strategy meeting in Mexico, and instigated a further 3 sales on the topic.Developed the consumer sentiment index for Jordan, an extremely important economic metric, and a key predictor of purchase trends in the Jordanian market. Collecting, assembling, and analyzing data on a quarterly basis, as well as the thorough rationalization and analysis of the results by tying it with global and local economic and political trends.Developed tactical strategy documents, highlighting key insights and consumer trends for multiple FMCG and service industries. Through the amalgamation of data collected from multiple research efforts and consolidating the results to obtain findings uncovering key insights general to the MENA region and specific to the industry in question, highlighting an overarching command of the market.

Appointed as the lead project manager for all research conducted in the Levant Region, for a global fortune 500 company, and Ipsos MENA’s largest client. Positioned as the expert in consumer understanding for the region, answering any inquiries related to market changes, as well as the analysis of varying market trends. Ultimately assessing the company’s current market positioning and the development of future strategy based on concrete research findings. Travelled across the MENA region to present research findings to company executives, board members and upper management. Discussed future strategy with regards to brand positioning, growth and entry in numerous markets.
