I was a co-founder of Law.com with Bruce Whiting, Scott Gilette and Paul Ward.  We sold it to Wasserstein Perella in a roll up with a Chicago based company and all of the digital properties of American Lawyer Media in early 2000, and I went to work for them. Great fun in the go-go days of the Internet, with offices all over the coutry.
