Brian Peterson is a business leader, consultant, and thought leader with expertise in global product, program, portfolio, PMO, and project management. He has had full P&L responsibility and is a Big 4 alumnus with a successful track record of aligning product portfolios with business goals and objectives. Brian has also managed strategic partner/vendor/offshore relationships, client relationships and has led several methodologies transitions, including waterfall to Agile methods.

Brian has experience working in various industries, including health plans, healthcare providers, government, retail, education, non-profit, and telecommunications. He has two master's degrees and several certifications, including PMP, PMI-ACP, and ISACA CSX, among others. He champions transitions from waterfall to Agile methods, has led successful program/project audits/turnarounds, and functioned as an expert in heterogeneous environments.
