Jane Cooke-Lauder

Dr. Jane Cooke-Lauder is a highly respected consultant with 25 years of experience in advising senior leaders on high performance and organizational effectiveness in the non-profit sector, particularly in health and academic medicine. As the President and CEO of Bataleur Enterprises, she specializes in tackling complex organizational challenges through her unique, evidence-based and stakeholder-centric approach. With a DBA from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand, Jane is a well-qualified professional with a management consulting certification. She has been actively involved in various professional associations and boards, including serving as the President of the Institute of Management Consultants of Ontario and currently co-chairing Canada's Ballet Jorgen. Her research interests focus on inter-organizational collaboration, leadership, and governance, reflecting her commitment to driving impactful change and fostering dialogue across diverse settings.
