Kim Russouw is an experienced Technical Support Engineer at Gravit8 Information Technology. Prior to her current role, Kim served as a Service Desk Agent and honed her customer service skills as a Customer Service Associate at Amazon. She studied Diploma in Information Technology and completed her third year at Damelin Cape Town Campus, after which she pursued MCSA 2012, Windows Servers at Torque-IT. Kim also obtained Matric in Technology from Bridgetown Secondary School. With a strong foundation in Information Technology, Kim is well equipped to provide technical assistance and support to organizations in need.
