Patrick Carlotto is a decorated law enforcement professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. He possesses an extensive background in drug enforcement, firearms training, and defensive tactics, and has consistently demonstrated a highly successful record of investigations, arrests, and convictions. Carlotto is also an expert in search and seizure and crime prevention, possessing a wealth of knowledge and experience in these areas.
In addition, Carlotto possesses extensive knowledge of the principles and techniques of management needed to plan, develop, organize, direct, and evaluate law enforcement programs, administrative policies, and organizational structures. He is able to apply principles and modern methods of law enforcement administration including organization, fiscal management, budgetary preparation and controls, program planning, implementation, and administration.
Carlotto earned his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Northern Michigan University and studied at the Northwestern University Center for Public Safety's School of Police Staff and Command. He currently serves as a sergeant for the City of South Haven.
