Mike Finkelstein is a dedicated and passionate professional with extensive experience in customer service and project management. An expert in property management, he has successfully managed the repair, upkeep, and remodeling of properties throughout the DC region, totaling an average of $1.5 million in maintenance work annually. With a strong focus on customer service, Mike has helped grow a small property management firm in DC into a multi-tier organization overseeing more than 1,200 individual properties, 150 HOAs, and a growing portfolio managing owner-occupied properties.

Before his professional journey in property management, Mike has also mastered the restaurant industry, moving up the ranks through almost 11 years. He worked as a bartender, beverage manager, and finally as a managing partner in a Spanish tapas restaurant in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of Washington, DC.

Mike attended the University of Vermont, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Religion, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology as well. As an Associate Director of Maintenance at Nest DC, he has played a crucial role in managing the daily maintenance work and projects for the organization. Previously, he served as the Director of Project Management and Client Services Manager at Nest DC.
