Lyndee Phillips is a seasoned organization leadership, design, and change professional with over two decades of experience. She holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Indiana State University and an M.P.S. in Organization Development & Change from Penn State University. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Concordia University Chicago, Phillips is well-placed to help organizations align their leadership skills with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.

Phillips' focus is on leadership, learning and development, and talent management, and she has worked with clients across multiple industries and geographical locations. She has contributed to the evaluation, design, development, and assessment of programs for organizations, ensuring total alignment and success within their ever-changing environmental needs. Her flexibility allows her to work with organizations going through small-scale situations or those undergoing large-scale transformations.

Phillips' philosophy is that every intervention, regardless of content or audience, can have an incredible impact on an organization. This impact can be positive, negative, or neutral, and can fluctuate based on an individual's perception of being affected by the simultaneous experience of progress and time passage.

In addition to her role as Co-Founder of Sea the Mountain, Phillips has held senior positions at companies such as Accenture, Visionary Integration Professionals, and Ernst & Young. She has also been a World Campus Student Advisory Board Member at Penn State University and currently is a Member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
