Oksana Selendeeva is an accomplished marketing professional, entrepreneur, and education enthusiast. She has a strong interest in technology and its potential for enhancing education. Selendeeva is the founder of CODDY, a programming school for children, which she grew into a successful network operating in multiple cities.
Before launching CODDY, Selendeeva accumulated over 15 years of experience in marketing and strategy. Her notable positions include Head of Marketing at Moscow Bank in Sberbank, where she developed a customer-centric approach to marketing, and Head of Marketing and Loyalty Programs at UniCredit Bank. Selendeeva also worked at Ericsson, Wimm-Bill-Dann, BrandNew, and MTS OJSC, where she developed expertise in marketing communications, strategy, and trade marketing.
Selendeeva holds a Mini-MBA in Strategy, a master's degree in Finance and Credit from the Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov, and a Marketing diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
