David Larkin, MS.Ed is a dynamic professional with a varied background in business, management, and education. With a BS in Business Management from Liberty University and a Masters of Education in Distance Learning from Capella University, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any organization. David spent many years working for Allstate Insurance where he held a variety of roles, including Business Continuity & Recovery Manager, Project/Program Execution Manager, IT Portfolio Management Governance, Learning Management System Manager, Claims Multi Media Education Manager, and Casualty Manager. Prior to his time at Allstate, David served as a Sergeant Major in the United States Marine Corps.

Throughout his diverse career, David has honed his skills in management, leadership, continuity planning, program execution, technology implementation, education, and media. His extensive experience in both the private and public sectors makes him an ideal candidate for positions requiring a blend of corporate and military perspectives.
