Juan Castro is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with more than ten years of experience in retail, food and beverage, and other industries. He has held top management positions in leading companies in Colombia, Canada, and the United States. Juan is skilled in strategic planning, innovation, new business development, intrapreneurship, team development, and customer relationship management.

Juan is a Global MBA graduate from EDHEC Business School and has also completed business excellence training at Disney Institute. In addition, he has studied Diplomado Manejo y Suministro de Alimentos at Universidad Externado de Colombia and Hotel and Resort Management at Thompson Rivers University.

Juan is the Founder and Managing Director of Mindhack and has previously worked as an Advisor and Principal at Polymath Ventures. He has also held various high-level positions such as General Manager/Corporate Retail Director at Alpina, Business Unit Manager at Hamburguesas El Corral, COO and Operations Manager at Avesco S.A.
