Mareike Muff is a seasoned technical recruiter with a vast amount of experience in staffing, talent acquisition, and business management. She partners with the Growth Marketing Analytics and Internationalization teams at Facebook, and is involved in a variety of social value projects including Internet.org, Messenger, Instagram, Oculus, and WhatsApp. Muff believes that connecting the world takes every one of us, and that Facebook is only 1% done. As a result, she strives to encourage growth and make an impact. Before joining Facebook, Muff held various leadership and managerial roles, including General Manager at RBCC, Business Staffing Manager at Amos House, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Eishaus GmbH.
