Kate McAndrew is a partner at Bolt, an investment platform that supports entrepreneurs in designing and building leading-edge technology. Before her tenure at Bolt, McAndrew served as the founder of Women in Hardware and the program director of The Iron Yard Ventures. She also has a background in social media consulting and worked as an associate at athletic fashion company Lululemon. She received a BA in cultural studies and critical theory from McGill University and pursued industrial and product design and advertising at Art Center College of Design.
