Alexi Chacon is a highly-educated and experienced professional with an impressive background in social intervention and policy evaluation. Alexi holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, with a major in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
