Carlos Arango is a Colombian entrepreneur with a passion for making things happen. He started his first company at the age of 22 and today he is a co-founder and partner in three companies that employ over 30 people. Carlos draws his inspiration from organizing information and creating. He has a wide-ranging background in digital production, and he understands the technical processes involved in marketing projects. As a co-founder of Color al Cuadrado, he has faced and overcome numerous challenges, such as learning how to lead a team, manage a business, sell and negotiate, handle stress, motivate teams, make purchases, deal with taxes, manage clients, structure processes, ensure quality, and much more.

Now, as a co-founder of Siete y Media Films and What Maria Loves, Carlos is focused on contributing without being involved in the day-to-day operations of the companies. He hopes to establish new companies in the future to create high-quality jobs that help small and medium-sized enterprises thrive. Carlos studied industrial design at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and mechanical engineering at Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
