Weaver is a certified professional coach and strategist, as well as the Founder, President, and CEO of Resilient Management Consulting and Coaching. She has also worked as a Global Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner at Uber and a Change Management Lead at Sephora. Kim Weaver has earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Augustine's University, a Master of Public Administration from Michigan State University, and a Master of Arts from Bowling Green State University.
