A strong advocate for innovation, Karen thrives on doing things differently to drive meaningful change, whether within corporate, governmental, or network settings, where she finds that the principles of innovation remain constant.
Currently, Karen leads the 'All is Health' movement, overseeing a national network of 3000 public and private entities. Additionally, she holds key roles as a member of the Strategic Board at HANNN, the national coordinator for Sustainable Development Goal 3 Health, and the chair of the Citizen Science research committee.
Karen's diverse experiences, including managing type 1 diabetes and raising two daughters, enrich her perspectives and drive to enhance health outcomes, presenting numerous opportunities for future health advancements.
