Currently working as an Applications Developer at Oracle, Del Gobbo specializes in NLP development and support for Oracle Virtual Assistant and standardizing Oracle Digital Assistant as the CX Service chatbot. As a data analyst for Service Cloud AI/ML projects, Del Gobbo is equipped with extensive experience in search and analytics for CRM and Knowledge Management applications.
