James Null

James Null is a seasoned attorney specializing in U.S. inbound and outbound investments.

With expertise in domestic and international tax planning, James advises on corporate and partnership transactions, private equity investments, and structures utilizing U.S. and non-U.S. treaty networks.

His experience extends to guiding U.S. media companies on investments both domestically and overseas, as well as assisting non-U.S. investors with inbound media investments and joint ventures.

James also offers valuable insights into various other inbound investments, particularly focusing on real estate ventures where he has skillfully structured sophisticated like-kind exchanges.

Apart from his international work, James provides counsel on bankruptcy, restructuring, alternative energy, shipping, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property transactions.

He graduated from prestigious institutions including the New York University School of Law, the University of Miami School of Law with a Doctor of Law (JD), and Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politics.
