Delivering corporate role play introduced me to a large variety of sectors, personalities, problems, and solutions. I worked as an actor-facilitator on a wide range of learning and developments programs. These included negotiation skills, career coaching, difficult conversations, feedback, diversity and inclusion, mental health, and health and safety, at a range of organizations including Deutsche Bank, Unilever, Goldman Sachs, Allianz, and many more.
I learnt the foundations of people management and leadership. In helping others work on their skills, I honed my own. I worked with over 500 people. Working them through their individual strengths and weaknesses and introducing them to new principles gave me a robust and tangible understanding of a wide variety of management challenges and solutions.
I took these skills and used them to help SMEs in all aspects of organisational development.
